as above is that normal??

there are times where i hardly eat at all, then the following day i just cant stop eating-mainly junk!

what's wrong with me?

is it to do with my depression and stress?? how do i prevent this happening again?

Your eating habits seem fine to me, you're under 30 so you can afford to abuse your body a little.
You're eating a lot of fruit so that can't be bad, there are other fruits that'll keep your digestion going, if it's worrying you.
I've long since turned 30 (dreading 40) all I eat now is stoppers and goers. LOL
If you're eating a lot of sugary foods and carbo hydrates that may be why you're struggling to sleep at times.
I make a lot of soups (dead easy) I've got a recipe for one that's good for your digestion if you want it.
nooooooo! think about 3 healthy meals for tomorrow, write a shopping list for just what you need, go out in the morning and buy it.

the only extras allowed are fruit and veg. stop eating so much rubbish!

okay, maybe a teeny bit of chocolate ;o)
who says I should have 5 meals a day? I give out 15 meals each day - that's the prob!

im the same have days weeks i dont eat much and other days i cant stop eating .ive had 3 bars of choc today .well bad but other times i can go months with out eating choc .:(
I love giant chocolate buttons. My diet goes up and down. Most days I eat one proper cooked meal though and its only very occasionally when I miss a big meal. The amount of chocolate I eat is far too much though!

Aww everton, is reaching 40 that bad? im petrified being 30! (sorry to others who are already there or over) but hey.. im not thinking about it until im there!!

so whats your recipe for the nice soup that you make then??

why does eating fruit makes me want to eat more? i think im addicted to sugary food and crisp

after reading ppls comments, imglad its not just me that doesnt have a eating routine everyday!

today, so far i had porridge, sugar doughnut, (1) soup (convent garden), half a baguette, some basil olive oil and basmatic vinegar dip, and a bar of choc!! eek
