hey WhiteBear, it's me :o)

I eat badly. I hardly eat anything during the day but have a big meal in the evening, and naughty chocolate and sweeties.

it's bad habits, that's all. but eating healthy foods regularly would probably have a positive impact if you suffer with depression. you have to make a commitment to changing your lifestyle x
you are a young girl whitebear........try to getout of the house more.

no sara i am not.;0)
I don't go with 3meals p.d. etc - I just eat what I fancy when I'm hungry. I can forget to eat some days. It catches up at 2am when I get up ravenous.

tamborine, i was told u r suppose to have 5 small meals a day to keep your digestion working properly.
I thought you lived in the city center?
Question Author
i do live in the city centre- the other end.
what other end? there are no rough places in the city center.
sara3, you should try my diet, i'm a van driver london and live on hob-nobs
I am pretty much the same as you white bear.

I personally believe the body craves whatever it needs, so if your blood sugar is low, you crave suger, if your calcium is low, you crave things like cheese.

Thats what I believe anyway, but I am in no way medicaly educated.
WB - don't go out alone at night. and nothing on your food list would qualify as a small meal! are you sure you don't have other eating issues?

catweasle - I could do that too :o)

nk - I know ;o)

I tend to stop stocking up with junk food now, and buy packs of snack size aeros allowing myself 1/2 per day.

It takes a lot of will power, but you get used to it if you can stick to it for a couple of week.

I also make sure I have no cash on me, and if i go out, i leave my cash card behind.

This stops me buying any 'extras' whilst i am out.

they are not the city center though I mean if you live in Holbeck you dont say you live in the city center do you?
that is one to two per day, not half of one btw.
WB-other than the 2 packets of cheeseballs and the bar of chocolte-everything else sounds fine. Substitute fruit or yogurt for those and you will be fine.
Eating small amounts often as you do is ok.....keeps the body constantly supplied with energy.
