Thanks guys, just hope my solicitor is worth his salt. The last lot of solicitors I used were as about as useful as an ashtray on a motorbike.
Odds on that they will adjourn for a report to be prepared.
Best of luck , let us know what happens, I'm sure you will still be 'on the out'.

You need to stress that you have sought psychiatric help and been repeatedly abandoned in this regard. Hopefully the judge will consider this a mitigation.
It will most likely be three magistrates rather than a Judge although it could be a District Judge. The time for mitigation will come after today (hopefully). Nailit needs to cooperate with probation, show insight and remorse for his offending behaviour and a commitment to change. I wouldnt concentrate too much on the failure of mental health services and put it in a more positive light of saying what HE has done, not what others havent.
Now that sounds good/ professional advice BM.
