Piece Broken Off Chocolate Bar...

...before it was sealed in foil.
I just went to open a bar of Lindt. As I was about to peel the foil away, I could feel an irregular shape. A bit was broken off the corner...a clean break. Not a miss-shape.
Is there an explanation...other than someone in the factory breaking a bit off? Puzzled.

Don't worry about it, but remember a bit broken off contain no calories and you are doing society a service by 'getting rid' of it.

Complain anyway, Pasta. Firms usually "like to know" - maybe send you a bar or bars.
You should have taken a photo. Still, you must complain to chocolate company!..

You would have thought that at some point the bar would have been weighed and should have been rejected as underweight.
