Changing from a Beemer to an Audi - pros/cons?

I've been driving 1980s BMW Series 3s (320i) and 5s (525i and 535i) for the last 10 years. I'm now contemplating getting an Audi A4 1.9TDi - will I notice any great differences? T.I.A.
