unformatting text

i have a large doc that is formatted ie page size, page breaks, header etc. i want to unformat this doc. tried copy and paste to new doc but it keeps it's integrity. how can i get this doc...

changing car tyre

got three nuts off car wheel to get puncture fixed. There's always one isn't there? it won't budge looks rusty and i don't want to end up rounding the nut or i'll never get it off. any help out there?

my dog can't wee

why is my dog straining to wee every few minutes and only passing a drop. she also has trouble doing number twos. she's been treated for cystitis and is still the same.

i had a bump. the other driver has claimed fault was his. i have excess of ?350 on my insurance. since the claim will be against the other driver do i pay excess? also i had the car insured for ?1000....
