whats the best toothbrush for plaque removal?

Or doesnt one exist. I have seen one or two toothbrush ads telling you to buy our toothbrush because it removes plaque, is this rubbish? i ask because the dentist reckons i badly need my teeth sorted...

foot cream for very dry skin... is 30% urea enough?
