It is indeed.
I think the 'invitation to train with Barcelona' story though could be misinterpreted. I can see why Barcelona invited him as a PR exercise and as part of their work in the community but I'm certain he would never play at even the Spanish lower divisions.
He will find a level though at which he can play the sport he loves and hopefully he will inspire others
