ford fiesta alarm relay

fiesta indicator problem

i have a ford fiesta the idicators all stay on when the car is switched of. this is the hazard ,radio,and the cigarette lighter circuit has anyone an idea where to look. i have pulled out thr fuse.

I have been a sky customer for many years and have just arranged to have an upgrade to HD, do you have to be connected to a phone line if it is an upgrade or is that just for new subscribers to Sky?
