Yep. You could get a new head, and if you didn't like the face on it, get a new face put on the new head. In fact, ask them to keep the face off your old head for that very purpose.

I'm trying to figure how it would be done. First he'd have to have a decent body lined up and then Screwfix the main bits simultaneously while keeping the brain alive. There's only one chance. Cryogenics must play a part.
