Noggin, Bonce
Swede
'Noodle' has been slang for the head for about 100 years and that probably came from 'noddle' meaning specifically the back of the head for more like 600 years!
In parts of Scotland, 'neep' - a shortened form of 'turnip' - is sometimes used for head, in a similar way to Epstein's 'swede'.
bonce,barnet,loaf!
come on use your loaf!
Use your noddle or nut
Nouse, don't know why though.
Nous, usually written without an 'e', comes from the Greek word for 'mind'. As such, it has taken on the meaning of 'intelligence' or 'gumption'...common sense. The connection with the head is clear enough, though I have never actually heard the word used to mean the head itself. Perhaps it's a local thing?
When I was a kid people often called your head your "napper". NIce to be back, by the way - I've been avoiding the British winter for the last couple of months, and I didn't have access to a computer. Strangely, I survived.......
I have always liked Noggin. that's what my mum says in the same context...!
