Just wondering, can you make anything with surplus cooked noodles (the normal Chinese ones - think they are egg noodles?)? Thanks

I am sure you can add things to them and other ABers will tell you what, as I am no chef ... but you can reheat in the microwave with a drop of water possibly, as you can with rice. Just a couple of minutes. mmmmm
Heat a little oil in a wok, chuck in the noodles, splash of soy sauce over the top, keep stirring, throw in some bean shoots, thinly shredded veggies, maybe some prawns.
You can add egg and make a yummy omelette.
Chop 'em up store in a container in the freezer. Take some out to add to stews and soups, lovely.
