Hi Sparkles. Nice to meet you. Horrible isn't it. I thought it was wonderful when I was young and could dance and manipulate myself into any weird and wonderful positions. I took great pleasure in being able to turn my elbows the wrong way round, bend my thumbs backwards to touch the back of my forearm, and so on.

And now we suffer!! Am going to a physiotherapy specialist pilates based class now for 6 weeks to try and strengthen my core muscles. I am 66 and only in the last few years has my hypermobility been recognised as being the cause of my constant problems. Hypermobility was not ever really recognised when I was young.

I have not registered as disabled and worked until I was 60, with increasing problems. Do have a blue badge now though.

Hope to speak again x
Still working myself LL, cut my hours down to 25 recently, then my daughter went back to work and I have youngest grandson, so I'm doing well over 40 hours a week again.............that didn,t work did it. Lol. X
Anyway I'm off to bed,
talk again soon. X
