In case you need the details again :

Greater Horeshoe Bats in Buckfastleigh :

Here's a map of the Buckfastleigh area - you need to park by the "chapel rems of" at the end of the yellow road near the centre of the map. Then walk along the path which sets off roughly northwards from the parking area.

Get there about 15 minutes before dusk on a warm summer evening, walk down the track about 50 yards and wait quietly. You don't need a detector - these things are the size of soup plates and flying up the 'green tunnel' are very impressive. One of the most amazing wildlife experiences I've ever had in the UK.

Gness i wouldn't like to step on anyone's toes
See what I mean. One four letter word and they`re off.
if you hadn't realised it, rohan, we are bats
Haha, i did notice dtcrosswordfan, lifes to short to be too serious and stuffy all of the time
Dave or maybe sqad will be here soon, I think lol.
Rohan. I`ll have you know that this is a very serious and stuffy site!
do you like my crown avatar for ER II Day, gness? that's stuffed on the inside....
Gness if this is you lot being stuffy and serious then i just have to invite you all to my next party
The most original crown DT. Rhyming Recipe for the stuffing perhaps?
You will always find me in the kitchen at parties !
Haha, love that advert
More room in the kitchen for bottoms.x
Oi you I heard that.
The ABers and Batsers who shared a meal together
Started a great Jubilee tradition that I hope will last forever.
We eat and eat until we're stuffed and can't eat anymore
Unless we want to clean it up off the kitchen floor
Lamb, stuffing full of cranberries and spices, and then cherry pie
We're stuffed just like the Crown of Lamb was, so full we'd like to cry.
But then we sit and vegetate until we hope to try
To stuff our face with one more piece of that creamy, cherry Jubilee pie.
Knew you could and you`re always so quick! Thank you.x
Excellent DT, as usual.
Honestly, from the gutter to the sewer ....

;-)
