sqad i have been in A&E, when i was taken ill, when the bstards fess up, vomiting, spitting, swearing, fighting, and the women are often worse than the men, so do know. And i have a solution to it, one i would do in a heartbeat if Cameron would listen. That is to fine them £50.00 quid, if you can afford to drink that much, then you have money, or a credit card. Stick them in a drunk tank away from the people who are seriously ill, when they are sober, they get slapped with the fine, if they don't pay, off to court for a charge of drunk and disorderly, their choice. I know that if i got in that state and i was fined i wouldn't do it again. There is so much pressure on NHS that its time someone got tough. Just to add, i saw a young guy who was lying prone on the pavement recently, didn't know if he was dead, or what, but all the people just walked around him, or peered and moved on. I called an ambulance, and it seemed he was drunk, they took him off to hospital, what a feckin waste of money.
How can it be "disrespectful to the horses" to turn with tattoos, or without a hat? Yes to dress standards for an event like this, but what a ridiculously poncey statement that is - I can't see horse refusing to race because the crowd aren't dressed appropriately.

What a bizarre display of faux snobbery from Britain's most insideous gutter tabloid.
