On the sad side, thankfully not many things, deaths, and traumatic events of family and loved ones. Seeing the suffering of some of my ladies and gents in my care.

On the good side, Lovely comments from the lady clients I work with daily, being told that they look forward to me coming on duty as the whole atmosphere of the home lifts!

I was told the other night (while massaging some cream into a ladies aching legs)
"you being here has changed my life, I wish my husbands cared as much about me as you do"

If you could put comments like that in a wage packet I would be the wealthiest man on the planet.
