The only symptom of salt withdrawal is your blood pressure returning to normal.

I hate salt and avoid it wherever possible.

if all you did was give up crisps, then i doubt your salt intake has been cut that much.

My OH has given up salt completely, he has not experienced any withdrawl symptoms but generally apart from food seeming a bit bland for a while that is all, he now doesnt miss it and feels better in himself.
