In the case of this odious individual - we are not getting rid of him because he is a UK citizen.
Far better would be to deny him a platform in the media for hs opinions, which are deigned entirely to shock and offend people - something which the Mail has made into an editorial policy over the years.
While we continue to pay these human rights lawyers out of taxpayers money and listen daily to lawyers like Chakrabati defending their ilk the problem will continue. Maybe we shall see less and less of these disjointed individuals now we are clamping down on all these expenses.
"Unlike some on here who hide behind an anonymous name, continuously spouting out their anti-British rhetoric"
It's like rain, on your wedding day
It's a free ride, when you've already paid
It's the good advice, that you just didn't take
And who would've thought? It figures
Emdadur Choudhury is a moron. I heard him on the Jeremy Vine show on Radio 2 this afternoon, self-righteously explaining his actions in the most aggressive manner possible. To say he was bombastic is an understatement of epic proportions. What this muppet doesn't seem to realise is that when you are given a huge amount of 'rights' it automatically comes with a set of 'responsibilities' too. Whilst all people have the right to protest in the UK against anything they find objectionable, they also have a responsibility not to 'harass, alarm or distress' others who may be present.
He seemed to be completely unable to grasp the concept that his actions were deeply upsetting to the grieving families. In fact, he even stated that the Islamic religion says that the 'Kafir' (the word he personally used to describe none Muslims) should be shown no sympathy under any circumstances.
It seems that as far as Mr Choudhury is concerned, anyone who isn't a Muslim is despicable, low-life scum who deserve no respect whatsoever.
You have deliberately tried to turn this question into a debate about the BNP and/or the EDL when it is specifically about the right to protest in the UK and a specific person who appears to be a Muslim extremist.
If you want to have a debate about the legitimacy (or otherwise) of the BNP or the EDL then please post a question specifically about that issue and don't hijack another person's thread with your own imagined question.
