Its really effing me off. Every now and then, when I go to click on something the blue twirly thing on the tab goes round and round for ages and the page does not load. I then try to click on refresh which also doesn't work so I sit here for a about half a minute waiting for something to happen and it doesn't. Then when I go to click anywhere on the page the screen goes a white colour but I can see stuff underneath it. At the top in the black bit it says "(not responding)".

Any ideas before I kick it?

And this problem has only started recently.
Pinki. Sorry if it sounded patronising, but I merely wanted to tell Tigger what I thought his problem was without being nasty, rude or sarcastic. I could be wrong or I could be right but those are my thoughts and, if they help him, Good, If they don't help then he is no worse off, is he?

I'm female Wak. Lol
Above this window go to Tools/Options/Main & copy the screen shot. Paste the shot to Paint & file as jpg. Upload the jpg file to picture host ie Tinypic. Put the URL back to this site so we can read your settings.

I've gone into Tools and then Internet Options but I can't find Main!?
If every browser you use is having problems, Tigger, then the fault lies with Windows, rather than with the browsers.

Run System restore (from Start > Programs > Accessories > System Tools) to take your computer's registry back to a date before the problems started.

Thanks Chris, will try that :o)
You can have favourites down the left on Firefox Tigger.

Just go on View, Toolbars, Customise and drag the Favourites icon onto the place you would like it on the toolbar.

When you click it, they will appear on the left, but disappear when you select one.

I ditched IE for Firefox, and would never go back.
Apologies for the sex change, Tigger, I forgot to check.
