I've got an American friend and we often swap recipes, he's sent me one called ----
Green Chilli Pork. - In it it asks for a 2lb shoulder of Pork.
I don't think I've ever seen a shoulder of pork, would I have to ask the butcher to cut me one or is there a substitute?

Can someone help?

all know what a 'shoulder of pork' is, I reckon that there's a fairly good chance that your local butcher might know what you're talking about ;-)
