oh red he so did, what about Unforgetable,,,did you forget..lol
Yes Bobbi,
The lovely Doris is still alive(aged 88) she runs an animal charity/sanctuary in California, and whilst not actually a recluse does not give interviews or allow herself to be photographed.
She had 3 bad marriages, the only good thing was her son Terry (Melcher) who was the light of her life.Sadly he died in 2004(aged 62) from skin cancer (and big risk in California).
They owned a hotel together,I am not sure who runs it now,but here it is:~

Now a bit of trivia:~
Doris still gets about 25 fan letters a week from the UK(she says they are her most loyal fans). How many does she get from the USA?
Usually about 2 a month!
As she says "When you stop making films, folks in the US assume you are dead!"
She's a real lady.
ahhhh how sad her son died i wonder if she had any grandchildren to give her any comfort?? poor doris

I have her CD Mr V and often play it, I like a lot of the old stuff, I was the youngest of 5 and my elder 3 siblings were 12/14 and 17 yrs older than me due to my Dad being in the RAF then when he came out me and my brother joined the family
Here's another one hit wonder, this made No.3 in the top ten in 1966, the B side of
this record was the same as the A side except it wasplayed backwards, so who
could ever forget the amazing Napolian XIV.
Sorry about that the video did'nt come out so here goes again..
