simmering water
swirl a spoon round so the water is spinning (does that make sense)
ad touch of vinegar (don't know why but mum told me to)
crack egg into cup then gently into water, leave for as long as you like your yolks 2 - 3 mins for runny bit longer for hard
line a cup or mug with cling film, crack egg into mug and twist cling film to make a little eggy parcel. drop parcel into boiling water and time 2-3 mins. no mess, nice shapely little poached egg, perfect!
