Ok it's set in the 1960s/70s, but the RAF Mountain Rescue was around then and had telephones and covered Yorkshire and were specialist trained in cliff rescue.
I've watched a practise cliff rescue dozens of times and they should lower the stretcher DOWN not up surely and no doctor would ever perform such a rescue FGS

fantasy or what.

oh yes it is phew thank gawd for that

I mentioned that to my wife but we found it exciting anyway. It doesn`t take much to please us. The TV Guide states it is the last in the series. Shame.
If they lowered him down on the beach, they would have had to take the boy by lifeboat to the hospital.

But its only pretend, lol.
It's not a documentary.
Our TV guide says last night's episode was 3 of 12.
Mine too Oleanda. Definately not last in series. Better not be any way!
Well I think The Royal has finished.
