Can I steal some of those kisses too ian? Haven't been on here much recently as been so down. Had hospital appointment this morning and there is nothing more they can do for my ankle. I am now registered permanently disabled and will just have to live with the pain. I get so bored stuck indoors all the time.

I try to look on the bright side. There are a lot of people a lot worse off than me. The vodka helps as well!

Thanks ian and bigmamma. Broke it nearly 3 years ago and had 5 operations, including 2 bone grafts. Foot is now fused in position so struggle with slopes and steps and can only walk about 10 yards at a time because of the pain. It's changed my life completely as lost job and had to sell flat we owned as it was first floor and couldn't manage the stairs.

Sorry I'm just feeling sorry for myself as so restricted in what I can do. Will give myself a good talking to! Have a good day both. xxxx

Bless you Jan , don't be so down on yourself for feeling down honey , you're bound to have bad days as well as good days ,you've had a lot of life adjustments to make , sorry to hear that . I hope you feel brighter soon . Take care xxxx
