I had �2 each way on the 2nd and 3rd in the Grand national, any ideas how much I've won?

well I think the place odds are a fifth so, including stake:

2nd was 14-1 so that's 14-5, 14 x 40p + 2 = �7.60

3rd was 8-1 so 8-5 = 8 x 40p + 2 = �5.20

If it's a quarter then:

14-4 = 7-2 = 7 + 2 = �9

8-1 = 8-4 = 2-1 = 4 + 2 = �6
