Who has the phone number xxxxx xxxxxx as they are selling domains to unsuspecting customers at high rates...

I agree - I think Trading Standards should be the first port of call if you've found evidence of impropriety!
The sales reps, when they phone, claim to be from a company called "Interweb Services" - but also appear to be a company in Swansea trading as Delta Web Services. I don't know if they are a scam, or a genuine internet service provider. The rates they quote are �50 per domain per year for a 2 year registration, or �20 per domain per year for a 10 year registration, payable up front (which does seem a tad on the high side). Neither Interweb Services or Delta Host has a current website. However, Interweb Services is the name of a genuine ISP in the United States. Hope this helps.
