100 deg Celcius. By definition. At atmospheric pressure. On earth.
100 degrees Celsius or 212 degrees Fahrenheit

As IDIOTIC has said these figures are for sea level. The higher the elevation the lower the boiling point due to lower pressure.

It is reported on one website that in Denver, Colorado U.S. where the elevation above sea level is approximately one mile, the atmospheric pressure is about 83% of a standard atmosphere, and water boils at approximately 95 degrees Celsius.

you also have ot take into consideration whether this is distilled water or, say, tap water (or just any water that isn't distilled). Impurities also affect the boiling point.
