I've been invited down to London for an overnight trip - the kids are away, I'm single, work's finished for the summer - however, all in, it's going to cost about �200... How can I justify this? It will be an amazing time, but I'm off on my hols in 3 weeks and this will eat into spending money for that...What's a girl to do??

Wow, how can a lovely girl like you be single, Jayne? It is a pity we could not have met up in London the other day, but as you live in Brighton that's a bit out of the way. If I am every in Brighton I could always drop by couldn't I?

In response to your question, Hippyhoppy, you could throw yourself on the mercy on one of our ABers in London, stay with them, and then sing their praises on CB afterwards, and tell us all how wonderful they are. That way you'd save money, meet a fellow ABer, and clear your conscience all at the same time.
