just a guess but if you stop the adobe flash player plugin in your browser it shouldnt display. although you may need to crash its system process as well... hmm im gona break my desktop now
damn this locked down work pc i cant do anything with my meagre admin rights :o(
our admin rights at work are on a par with the ones used at The Pentagon. We are not even allowed to have our own desktop pictures.
our's are really harsh unless of course your on very ggod terms with the IT guys, who have given me full access ha ha ha
hehe, last place I worked that had locked down computers and I wasn't an administrator I just kept overriding their security measures anyhow :)

Windows security, another oxymoron
how many times its a racoon
Animate him and use him in your next production !!!!
Bloody annying me now youve mentioned it lol

Hope you have a lovely break in the lakes -im a poet and I dont know it xx
try pis*ing on your monitor

that might work
spaced you can get around that by locating the file that windows is using as its background image on my machine its this
C:\WINDOWS\Web\Wallpaper
once you know what the wallpaper is called rename you image file to the same name, take a backup copy of the original walpaper (just in case you get told to put it back) and paste your prefered wallpaper over the top of it.
restart your machine and walla you have your personal background ;o)
