Make albondigas - Spanish pork meatballs as above, serve with chilli dip as part of a tapas meal...
Use in lasagne, or moussaka, add to a meatloaf, definitly use in a chili, use in burritos, fry and crumble over jambalaya, fill wontons and add to chinese soups or spice it up and fill samosas and fry til golden.
Make a Morrocan spiced shish kebab marinaded in orange juice, cumin, chili amd paprila, formed into kebabs and gently grilled to cook.
Use in a meatball paprikash, or other meatball stew, served with noodles or over cooked plain rice or a good creamy mash or colcannon.
Fry season and add to spinach and ricotta as a filling for cannelloni.
Stir fry with cashew nuts and veg, make pork pies, cook, season and stuff fried rice balls, make more meatballs and a sherry and orange sauce to go with them - add some sherry to a pan with some stock, soy sauce, thiken with a touch of cornstarch and finish with asplash of fresh orange juice....
Add ginger or apple or asian spices - all go really well. Use to stuff veg like aubergine, peppers or beef tomatoes.
