Yuk sung is yum! Even better with a some crispy noodles on top!

Burgers with some Thai green curry paste mixed in.

Kofta with cumin, garlic and chilli.

Meatballs with grated onion, garlic and oregano served in a tomato sauce with pasta.

Meatloaf - some breadcrumbs, onion, egg, mixed herbs, some Lea and Perrins and a shot of tomato sauce .

But if you go with either of the suggestions above may I come round for tea Jem?
Lions Head meatball soup....mix the mince with chopped spring onions, minced garlic, ginger, and chilli, a splash each of soy sauce and sesame oil, tablespoon corn flour and one egg. Shape into big meatballs...about six. Lightly brown, then finish cooking in chicken stock. Simmer 30-40 minutes.Add shredded cabbage last 10-15 minutes.
Pork patties. Mix with finely chopped onions and flavouring of choice ( crumbled stock cube, herbs, etc) and shape into small hamburger shapes. Fry until done, turning as required.
Yum.
