name of this plant

i have a plant which has leathery type leaves and tiny little pink flowers, but would like to find out the name of it, its a bit likea money plant put spreads out, side ways.
slightly like a ice plant,
it started of really small like a bottle plant.
i have photo on request if anyone thinks they know.
