if she isnt, can i be ??
Depends. How long have you been married?
why have you asked this in parenting ?
A ridiculous question to ask in parenting and also with no other details like the number of children you have etc.Get to a solicitor ....and learn how to spell.
le chat no need to be so rude about spelling .
why are people so rude on this web site?
it depends on how long you have been married but yes she will be entitled to somthing and if you have been married for a substantial amount of time have kids etc... it could be up to half in certain circumstances two thirds...

good luck
A good attorney could argue that she's only entitled to half of what you have built during your marriage.

Another good attorney could argue that you're only as good as your support system and she's entitled to half of everything because she gave up her earning ability to support yours.

Any good attorney would be willing to argue just about anything for as long as your money holds out.

But if you were worth so much more when you married, why didn't you sign a pre-nup?
