OAP from Ireland - what benefits / Entitlements

My Future Mother in Law in moving in with me to London with the future Wife ( No jokes!)
She has worked in the UK as well as the ROI. She has a British Army pension. What entitlements and benefits can she receive here. Travel, heating, health etc. Any information would be appreciated.
