There is no concrete evidence of the resurrection of Jesus - in fact it's possible that he didn't die on the cross - so why do you believe?

So what? We know that you pick and choose which bits of the Bible to believe in, yet you describe yourself as a Christian. Why not extend the same courtesy to them?
Because it is in the Bible.
When a book written by forty writers over 15oo years and containing 6oo prophecies has a single theme [ Matthew 6; 9.10] and all of those prophecies prior to our time have come true.
This is beyond coincidence.
It is totally true.
And when Jesus uses the story of Noah and the ark as an example, it confirms the Old Testament, no matter how far fetched it seems.
Except that the prophesies *haven't* all come true, provable so, and Noah's Ark is a story that demonstrably cannot have happened.

Apart from that, and all the other not true bits, you're fine...
Waldo - Look, in place of "Christian" lets use "Theland."
Now, what have I done wrong, or what threat am I to society? That's it!

I'm harmless! Honestly!
Harmless? you prayed for my butt to give me jip and you say you'r harmless?
you are a danger to society Theland, thats what you are
In place of 'Christian', or 'Theland' let's use 'Mani'...

Mani expresses his opinions based on his interpretation of the Bible, but he is allowed to express it nevertheless.
I've said it before, absolute tolerance, is most intolerant, as it does not appear to cater for diverse opinions, and this was well illustrated in the religious hatred bill.

Oh - why didn't this wonderful god make things clearer for we mere mortals?
God loves a tryer!

Theland: you'll weedle your way around everything - but it won't wash.
Old wives tales!!! the lot of it!!!
"Mani expresses his opinions based on his interpretation of the Bible, but he is allowed to express it nevertheless."

Absolutely. And other people are allowed to pull him up on it.
