I get this just before my period, i eat myself out of house and home.
I tend to get loads of salad and fruit in and when its that time i dip into that as it makes me feel fuller without putting on piles of pounds.
My husband says if your hungrey eat and just do some fitness during the week. I TRY to do that as well.
Just stock up on low fat phil cheese and some rivetas, special K bars and have one of those as well. You have just made me very hungrey! lol! Melons!
