They have, however, upheld a finding of absolute insanity.

The appeal was always completely without merit. The purpose of it was simply to delay the actual subversion trial.

Trump appeals everything for the purpose of delaying/avoiding accountability.

He will appeal this result again with the supreme court, who may consider it, or apparently choose not to.

Either way, he won't win, but it will delay it a bit more which is the real intention.

He wants to delay facing all the many charges against him until after the election as it may harm his chances.

If he wins it he will attempt to presidentially pardon himself of any and all convictions.

The man has no self respect and cares only for himself.

The really crazy thing is that people will still vote for him and think that the government is picking on him.

He has Scottish blood in his veins, all Scots should shudder at that thought.😁

The whole thing stinks like a kipper in a bow tie.

There is no way in hell that the American justice system is going to agree that a sitting president is immune from criminal prosecution – otherwise they would be accepting that he or she could go around murdering people and face no consequences.

Sometimes it is hard to differentiate America from Russia.

I'm sure that if somebody pointed out to Trump that his insistence of absolute Presidential immunity also applies to Biden, who by the same argument could have Trump killed with impunity... then it would make no difference. The real argument he wants to make is that absolute immunity for life should apply to Trump. Him, and him alone. As luck would have it, having been President allows him to make a version of that argument at least vaguely plausibly -- and getting re-elected President would at least give him a four-year respite -- but, make no mistake, that's entirely a front to hide from the consequences of his actions.

hi ! me, Yup in 1973, Nixon was thought to be immune from prosecution and the only thing to do was impeach....

what about shop lifting? apparently he  could. shop  life and get away with it

Their view changed a bit for Clinton

The rapist and business fraudster Donald Trump likes Russia roy. Well he likes Putin to be more accurate.

Putin stops opponents running against him and the Dems are trying to do the same.

How can this shell of a man get another term?

Trump tried to overturn an actual result. I beg you to engage some common sense.

Scots have enough to worry about with home-grown roasters thinking they're criminal masterminds without roping in mentally deficient colonials.

Our current and previous leaders do a great impression of scum.

canI inject a thread of sanity in all this
