Loads of cheese, wholegrain mustard, and topped with bread    crumbs and more cheese.  I do add pancetta sometimes.

Definitely not curry powder.  If there's  brocolli is about it may go in and sometimes I add some sliced tomatoes over the top.

We've got chicken tonight.  I'd rather have cauliflower cheese, but since Mr L is the cook now and he prefers chicken..........
