As Israel has said (and I have been critical in the past) theydon't have a choice. A l'outrance! has to be their cry.

So there it is, from the horses mouth. The Hamas apologists can now see why Israel is doing what it is doing.

I saw this post last night but such is the stark reality I couldn't respond.  It makes my blood run cold.

I wonder where Ghazi Hamad is located, probably somewhere safe while the innocents in gaza are dying because of him. Let's hope the Mossad take the bar steward out.

It won't stop there.

The interview actually happened on 24th October where he said these things.

I wonder if this has made anyone waving the flag for Palestine -  metaphorically or otherwise - think again?  Israel is fighting for its very existence.

The problem is, the idealism that wants Israel destroyed is not located in the mind of one man.

It is an ideal, and as such, it cannot be destroyed, it will simply pass from one leader to the next.

Hamas is a Hydra - cut off one head, two more grow in its place.

I'll settle for that.

I saw a news clip the other night showing the Hamas network of tunnels and how sophisticated they had been constructed with reinforced conrete walls and lighting etc. Some Hamas members were carrying large sections of metal pipes through the tunnels. I learnt later that these pipes were supplied to Hamas by the UK and European Commission to better irrigate their farm land from scrub to arable fertile land ,as in Israel's kibbutz.

It turns out this tubing is being cut up and fashioned into crude rockets targeted on Israel. Whilst we keep hearing how diesel fuel is running so low the diesel generators will soon no longer funtion to keep hospitals operating a Palestinian official has stated that Hamas has stockpiled an estimated millionand a half litres in the 300 mile network for their own generators. The sooner this 'Government' is wiped out and no longer supplied by the naive, the better it will be for Israel and the long suffering Palestinians who are deprived by their own terrorist sudo government.

I'm not sure the suppliers were 'naive' in the example you have offered.

The piping was supplied for a non-military civilian use, the government can hardly be blamed if it is hijacked and used for weaponry.

It's probably naive to think that such an organisation will put supplies to the use intended.  So much aid earmarked for good causes abroad never reaches its intended destination.
