Are you a little wallflower Zacs?

No, I'm losing my religion.

I lost mine a long long time ago.

Religion is about faith, not about proof.

if there were proof it wdnt ba a matter of religion

credo quia incredibilis ( Tertullian, again)

honestly we have had all this before - bit like a Brexit thread really

that there is a God, and if you word what you have just said a little better,

chrissakes that was a quote from the gt bible translators, 1607 or thereabouts

("I'm sorry Mr Shakespeare, but "parting is such sweet sorrow" makes no sense at all. Can I call you Bill?"

sement, that's proof enuff....

If one tiny piece of concrete proof was found to prove a religion true, what would people do with that information?

It would simply force people to believe in that religion, as not to do so would not be acting rationally?

If people dont believe any concrete evidence can be found, what is the point of asking for it?

If you want concrete proof of the value of religion you need look no further than the rubble in Gaza and Israel.

There's a phial of Christ's blood in a cathedral in Italy.

Most of the time it's dried up but once a year it becomes liquid.

That would be proof enough for many.

This persistent mantra "If it's good then it's God's work, if it's bad then it's Man's free will", is so obviously marketing BS that I'm surprised many mugs still take it in.

..yeah like the Miracle of Peckham!
