Brexit has ruined everything, everywhere, all at once

In our reality, this universe, things are now 'multi-worse' in the multiverse.

ABers I did think to put on a quiz, you do like a good quiz it seems..
only problem the answer to every question is - things are worse!!

As someone who reads Private Eye, NJ says that the EU is a pernicious organisation, yet is quite happy to be ruled by our crooked and dishonest Tory government.

Far from being pernicious, throughout our membership of the EU (and its former incarnations), they have consistently pass laws that have my well-being and interests at heart – in comparison the UK government’s priority is to increase the wealth of MPs and their rich mates, at the expense of the general population.
//As someone who reads Private Eye, NJ says that the EU is a pernicious organisation, yet is quite happy to be ruled by our crooked and dishonest Tory government.//

a) what's PE got to do with it?
b) I doubt he IS happy to be ruled by such a government if that is what we've got but at least we get the chance to change it on a regular basis.
And it's claimed (rightly) that the governments of EU countries still retain a great deal of autonomy. So it's not a case of either EU or your own corrupt government it's a case of a corrupt EU ON TOP OF your own corrupt government!
Aside from the lie of the actual amount of money on the side of a red bus – I have tried to explain this economics in simple terms that seems beyond the comprehension of most ABers.

Anyway, I’ll try again.
Imagine you run a small company, that sells many items at a market which charges you £100/week to have a pitch at the market. You decide that you will no longer sell at that market, and spend the £100/week fee on your healthcare.

Then you discover that your company is losing £2,000/week in profits by not selling at the market.

To Brexiteers, in the above scenario the company has done the right thing, spending an extra £100/week on healthcare (that would otherwise have gone to those operating the market), to everyone else the stupidity of such a claim is risible.
clutching at straws Hymie.
Yes just vote foe a Labour gov hynie...there'll still be corruption here and Inn eu but less here than under the Cons. But don't expect ant talk of rejoining the EU....you'll get over your bitterness eventually. Labours increased health spending might mean there's a treatment for brexit induced ptsd or at least tge sweetness of a labour gov might cancel out some of that bitterness some still have about a democratic vote not going there way
We turn the clocks forward today some believe we can just as easily turn them back 6 or 7 years and be back in the EU which in there dreams has no problems at all with strikes...high energy bills... illegal immigration draining resources
.. . inflation.... protests banking crashes
Oh - and BTW Hymie in case you're not au fait with the UK system the government GOVERNS, the monarch RULES.
Ah yes, those illegal immigrants – whom we have decided are illegal before processing their claims, to determine whether they are illegal or not.
They entered illegally why do some bend over backwards to be confused
Hymie, // I have tried to explain this economics in simple terms that seems beyond the comprehension of most ABers. //

Most ABers can do without you patronising them. Get over yourself.
I can confidently predict that Brexiteers will be citing the number on the side of a red bus on this site, ad-nausseam.
In my experience it's usually Remainers who bang on about the bus. They've had years to get their heads around the message but, despite having had it explained to them countless times, are still failing dismally.
Here come The Brigade of the dyed in the wool AB Tory Brexiteers , once again trying to convince themselves and everyone else that black is white and white is black, ..........."Get over yourself"...................
hymie: "Hymie, // I have tried to explain this economics in simple terms that seems beyond the comprehension of most ABers. // " - what you fail to grasp me old china is that the economics is irrelevant. We voted brexit to get our country back. All your dribblings are in some way connected to money WE DONT CARE.
This thread was started by (apparently) an anti-brexit poster & is being fuelled by others of the same ilk. It is they who should "get over themselves"!
I see the remoaner disease RBID is evident once more.
