Never have mash or yorkies on Christmas dinner. Don't know why as I love both.

Might do yorkies this year though.

Dont worry about Gully - he lost his Krispies a long time ago and when it comes to playing soccer, he can only play on the extreme left wing.

Never Yorkshire puddings with anything and definitely no mash with any roast lunch. How many carbs does anyone want/need???
Yes, I think we did most times
DTCwordfan 17.55 Sorry I did not reply , I logged out of here as it seemed to be kicking off.

ha ha, no the venison is not a little deer, in fact its free, not roadkill! Dad does some gamekeeping part time for the local Estate and gets a joint of venison and a bottle of whiskey at Christmas.
Back on topic, we are having giant Yorkshire Puddings tonight filled with sausage, mash and onion gravy. That should keep me going on the 12 hour shift I have ahead of me tonight.
Tbh, my heart's not really in it this year, but will get on with it all nonetheless.

Never had Yorkies or mash with Christmas dinner, though I'll have mash for the bubble & squeak on Boxing Day & might have a couple of Yorkies then.

It'll be turkey, pigs in blankets, roasties, parsnips, sprouts, carrots, bread sauce, stuffing & gravy. And wine. Lots of wine.

Thinking of you and all those who’ve lost someone dear to them LIK this Christmas
Thank you, Bobbi - I'll be raising several toasts to all :-)
I have yorkshires with most meals! Aunt Bessies or Sainsbury's own brand. I only cook stuff that goes in together in my table top oven, so a couple of yorkies put in at the end just finishes it off. I've got a basted turkey joint and will do microwaved vegs, Aunt Bessies roasties and yorkshires - can't be with waiting for stuff to cook so anything that is ready will probably get eaten while waiting for the rest to cook.
