The majority of those stars probably have several planets revolving around them. So it's almost inevitable that there will be a vast number of planets that are in many ways similar to Earth. However Chaos Theory dictates that no other planet could be identical to Earth.
Depends what you mean by identical; same size, probably; same distance from its sun, possibly; same age, probably not. Our Solar system is around 4 billion years old. Some solar systems are much older, others much younger. If they have lifeforms they are likely to be at very different stages in their development, blobs or highly evolved.
