The watery remains of a pot noodle seasoned with a couple of oxo cubes and poured into my acker bilk egg cup
I love a bit of Grey Goose as well.
I lost my Acker Bilk egg cup in the great fire Bob, sob.
I kept my plague mask on during the great fire it's how I survived
Phew, good tip.
Durham Gin, which has aromas of pink peppercorn, clerey seed and a tiny bit of elderflower. Its got a slightly savoury flavour and lovely with fevertree light tonic with a slice of cucumber and shaving of celery.

BTW bobbi you should try clamato juice -tomato juice with added dried clam broth and MSG -yum! Makes a lovely Caesar cocktail.
I hate tea too!!!
Aunt PG I see you buy that fevertree, I like brandy and dry ginger. Have seen the fevertree range, but not tried it. Question, Is it worth paying the extra for fevertree brand as it seems expensive, compared with others?
Teacake I drink Fevertree Tonic. It is the best. The tonic has a nice sharp bitterish tang.
Not so long ago I bought some Fevertree tonic as the store had run out of all other brands. I found it to be too bitter and overpowering - ruined the taste of the gin, but that's my personal taste. It certainly is expensive compared with others.
Teacake, yes fevertree is worth paying the extra for, and the ginger is very good. I use the ginger as a mixer for spiced rum.
Jackdaw , fevertree don't do a 'tonic' they do different flavoured tonics, maybe you chose a flavour that did not agree with your tastes.

I love the Mediterranean tonic, very lemony.
When I drink expensive gin I only put the same amount of tonic as gin. Durham Gin is so smooth you can drink it neat.
Yes sharon its one of my favourites -it has Rosemary in it.
Will give it a try , don't mind paying for better providing its just that. Price normally dictates good, or not so good. But me being me, sometimes you can get stitched up. :0))))
Teacake its a matter of personal taste really. I would try the Mediterranean as its lighter and less sharp than the Indian tonic.
