Following on from the carandrog thread of what meal could you eat for the rest of your life?
You can eat as much as you like and not get overfull.
You can drink what you like and not get tipsy.
You have to finish up on a balcony with favourite tipple in hand watching the universe go FOOM
What would you choose?

I'd have to finish up at the FOOM moment with a glass of Ardbeg's "very young" - a phenomenon for 12 months, when i drank 3 or 4 bottles, but is unobtainable now....
A TBA, Venator? I hadn't thought of that.

We did try the "slurp and share" with a glass of Cognac once ... but it burns your mouth coz you can't control where it goes, so I'm not sure about the Armagnac.
Ardbeg's Supernova comes close to perfection. Angels tears in a bottle.
I'm glad to see we have someone who appreciates the equivalent of 69 in a bottle be it a Scotch, Armagnac, Calva, a Trockenbeerenauslese or a D'Yqem (of vintage)
I'm not good with scotches.

I have quite a few single malts, maybe fifteen or something, but I don't drink it. I like to offer a decent selection when friends come round, so I keep buying the odd bottle.
its teh end of the universe, why would you moderate

and i'd be smoking a big fat spliff with my fav tipple on the balconny. not sure what that would be though, i think elderflower cordial with sparkling water
