Elephants usually sleep standing up in the wild. I hope these are ok.

Every 3rd or 4th day they will lie down and sleep for an hour or so.
In total contrast, every 3rd or 4th day, my ex would wake and stand for an hour or so.

I don't think this post is about how animals (elephants ) sleep, I think it is just the heartwarming story of a herd of elephants and I've been following the story on my socials and hope they do find a place to settle soon, they have travelled such a long distance - I think they are amazing. It's beautiful to look at them
