According to the Euromillions rules page, no restriction on the nationality of buyer exists. Tourists/ Non-residents are eligible to participate in the EuroMillions lottery as long as they aged 18 or over.
However much some people here might seem to dislike it, the UK is most definitely still in Europe. (That's unless someone has towed it to somewhere else when I wasn't looking).
it's called EuroMillions, not EUSSRmillions. This may come as a surprise to the EUSSRphiles but Europe is not the same as your beloved club. If you can enter the draw you can win, I don't see a conflict there, It's also played in Switzerland.
I don't get the connection, but if I won such a vast amount of money, I would have so much pleasure giving loads of it to family and friends and my favourite charities. Well done to them.
khandro 15:05: ah vintage Lord Nige! there's your BA right there canary! I bet they miss him in Bruxelles! Maybe they could invite him back as a guest speaker now and again!
