Starting with corn-on-the-cob (defrosted some cobs that Mr. J2 grew last year) and then medallions of pork loin (got a loin on its last day and froze it, so cheap)with a garlic, mushroom and cream sauce; accompanied by seared asparagus (being sold yesterday by a friend in the village) and roast potatoes and carrots. I don't usually eat puddings, but OH can have a frozen one if he likes.
