Yes, I find it best cut - have difficulty fitting a 10 oz rump or a large fillet in my gob uncut !
Oooh I dunno larkin. I say remove its horns, wipe its ar$e and slap it on a plate!! I like my cow pretty rare... *drool*

I think most people go for fillet as the ''best'' cut though.
It really depends on what your choice of menu is. If cooked properly a cheap cut of beef would be fit for a Queen's banquet. I have cooked beef stroganoff with a cheapy steak, cut thinly and dutifully smashed with a rolling pin. Cooked excellent casseroles with cheaper diced beef and it's rare for me to pay through the nose for what is considered the "bestest ever quality beef" when careful or longer cooking gets the same end result.
Shin for stew, porterhouse to grill.....no discussion
