Utility/bt Bill

I need the above to purchase something online. I have it stored somewhere but I cannot find it. Can anybody point me to the right direction where I could look.

I have looked in pictures, desktop etc. PS - think I asked about this before but again I cannot find the post

right, found the bill saved it into my desktop, when I go into desktop it is not there, have saved this a few times but still not there - any more help please

Type the file name in the search bar , bottom of the startmenu.

sparkly - the file is "there" when you look at the desktop but when I go to "browse" it - it is not there. I can't believe it.

Odd, try to right click and see what is in the file and its location.

open
scan
open - Adobe Reader
Avast Security Browser
Firefox
Reader

It sounds like it's a pdf file, so use the "open with Adobe Reader" option. From there you can print it.
Alternatively, if Adobe opens it, you can attach the file to your correspondence with the seller and thay will be able to open it.

Why don't you just log into your account and download the bill again? Takes about 2 mins.
